We build future champions!
We’re fanatical about instilling confidence, strength and focus in young athletes. So, we’ve built one of the most successful youth sports training programs available today. Based on the International Youth Conditioning Association’s methodologies, the fundamentals of our system have been field-tested on more than 20,000 young athletes and youth fitness participants around the world.
Our programs are customized to the needs, ages and developmental stage of each team or individual. We provide a supportive environment where kids have fun learning and improving and our goal is to help them develop:
- Superior coordination
- Dominating strength & performance
- Enhanced speed and agility
- First step agility and explosiveness
- Injury resistance through mobility and flexibility
- Body & Weight training techniques
- Fundamental nutritional knowledge
- Mental preparation techniques

“My hockey team loves working out at fitness NATION! Their conditioning program blends cardio boxing, core stability and movement skills for an outstanding workout. We have tried many different programs at different facilities throughout my years of coaching but this has proved to be the best yet! The team loves coming out to the workouts.” ~ John Ayton, Coach, Mississauga North Stars
“I’m immensely pleased with the program that Fitness NATION is conducting for my U/17 girls. We needed a supervised program to increase our core and upper body strength, as well as addressing agility and explosiveness. I’m pleased to have someone training the girls who has an understanding of the game and a tremendous amount of enthusiasm, respect, care and concern for the girls.” ~ Brian Robertson, Coach, Mississauga Falcons
“I have seen my son get bigger and stronger but much more that that I have seen his confidence improve dramatically and this is thanks to Roger. His coaches noticed too and he enjoys his sessions so much that he now does twice per week. He not only enjoys training with him but looks up to him and is able to talk about things that are not just about training. Thank you very much for what you have done for our son.” ~Brenda (Mom)
“This is our 3rd year with the NATION and the boys continue to show improvements in strength (core) and conditioning. Last year this showed on the ice as we won our division (out of 18 teams) and went to the City’s. The group training keeps the boys working together as a team which brings up the energy and keeps them accountable. The trainers are focused and highly experienced and the boys are learning that fitness is a lifestyle as well as a great tool for sports. Highly recommend the NATION” ~ Pat Kerr, Mississauga Jets
